James Dodd

James Dodd - Senior Consultant

James spent 11 years in events, ticketing, and technology companies before becoming a media headhunter in 2013. Most recently, he ran his own business recruiting senior sales, project, UX and general management leads for clients in the programmatic, SaaS, partnership and events industries. Alongside all of this, he had a successful career as dancer, actor, and choreographer. He joined MTA in 2016.

Mike Wakely

Mike Wakely - Senior Associate

Before becoming a headhunter in 2010, Mike had a successful career as a broadcast journalist, spending nine years at the BBC and several years as an independent producer, director, and editor. He worked on programmes such as MacIntyre Undercover, Dispatches and How to Look Good Naked, and won a Bafta for The Secret Policeman. He continues to work in the industry on occasional projects.
