A former news editor, Matt has spent much of his career talking to senior executives across all industries. From heads of PR and e-commerce through sales directors and business mangers to sports editors and fashion editors, Matt has recruited a wide range of roles.

Having started as a media headhunter in 2005, Esther’s subsequent experience has seen her range across FMCG, technology, retail, and education. She has worked in-house at Times Supplements Ltd as well as having spent two years at Korn Ferry / Futurestep. Esther has recruited at C-suite level, including CTOs, Sales and Commercial Directors.

Albert spent the best part of a decade with consultancies such as PwC before joining MTA in 2009. A finance specialist, he has concentrated on subscription-based information products since then, placing MDs, programme directors, project managers, and heads of strategy for a range of B2B clients.
